August 2014: Trial Tactics provided the technology support in a demanding three-and-a-half week federal tobacco trial in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We assisted two law firms over the course of five weeks and were essential in the preparation and presentation of evidence for trial.

June 2014: Eon v. SSN - Trial Tactics in collaboration with Creative Edge Legal Graphics, provided the technology support for a two week federal intellectual property trial in Tyler Texas for Dentons LLP.

May 2014: Rhodes v. Gould Medical Group - Trial Tactics supported legal teams for Sutter Medical Foundation and Gould Medical Group in federal court in Sacramento, CA. We provided equipment and trial support for the duration of an abridged trial that settled outside of court.

May 2014: ARGP v. Boyle - Trial tactics contributed to the success of a two week contract dispute trial with Greenberg Traurig representing John Boyle, prominent concert promoter and creator of Live Nation.

April 2014: Apple v. Samsung - Trial Tactics supported Quinn, Emanuel, Uruquhart, & Sullivan in the war room for the duration of the case, providing video and demonstrative graphic preparation concluding with a favorable result for the client.

November 2013: Trial Tactics supported multiple firms in a two week federal tobacco trial in Fort Myers, FL. We assisted for the duration of the case providing synthesis between firms and a positive result for the client.

October 2013: Trial Tactics facilitated the technology needs in an intensive two week federal tobacco trial in Miami, FL. We supported multiple law firms in trial and in the war room for the duration of the case providing seamless integration with a positive result.

May 2012: Presented at 2012 Caltrans Tort Workshop with Caltrans attorney Jeremy Thomas on the benefits of using technology in the courtroom.

February 2012: CareFusion v. Sigma International - supported Sigma International General Medical Apparatus LLC during patent infringement case in San Diego District Court seeking up to $171 million in damages. Jury found unanimously in favor of the defendant.
